Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorships are the life blood of any successful fundraiser. To make significant contributions to burgeoning youth rugby programs in the area, please consider supporting our efforts in one of the ways outlined below. At the higher sponsorship levels, we are happy to work with you to add additional benefits or otherwise leverage your tax deductible contribution.
Sponsorship Levels
$10,000 - Naming rights. Examples: Lost Afternoon Rugby Luncheon Presented by XYZ Corp. Or, Youth Rugby Benefit Luncheon Presented by XYZ Corp. Or, XYZ Corp. Rugby Lunch. Naming rights above podium and on front page of program, plus all benefits of other levels.
$5,000 - William Webb Ellis Circle - Choice of being the "presenting sponsor" of one element of the event. Example: Keynote Speaker George Hook, presented by ABC Corp. Or, James A. Baker Leadership Award presented by 123 Inc. Includes 10 tickets, priority seating, ability to have rugby VIP of choice at your table (in addition to the 10 tickets), four tickets to pre-event VIP reception, recognition in the program, on the website, from the podium, and signage in the hall (provided by sponsor).
$1,000 - Founders Club - Table sponsor of 10 with priority seating. Recognition in program and from the podium, 2 tickets to VIP reception.
Additionally, the Luncheon Committee will work to secure for sponsors at the top two levels access to the limited hotel suites at greatly reduced prices. These are very popular for "post event" socializing and networking.
